Experience Historic downtown Bath, which is home to a wealth of antique stores, specialty shops, galleries and many fine restaurants. Maine Maritime Museum is less than a mile away and is filled with history and tales from watercraft and lobstering, to shipbuilding and sea trade, you’ll hear stories about dangerous voyages to distant lands, see how a shipbuilder’s family lived in the 1890s, smell the sawdust from historic ship timbers, and discover the wonders and mysteries of Maine’s maritime culture. To the south, visit Portland Maine, which is less than 2o minutes away and filled with arts, culture, and dining with a city whose roots are urban sophistication. To the North, beaches, lighthouses, and Midcoast Maine is a short drive.

Nestled on 24 acres of pristine manicured grounds. The Cottages have walking paths along the grounds and in the park, a wrap round driveway also offers safe and maintained pavements for you and your furry friends. Raised bed gardens, Pet Park, and a picnic area offer you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the scenic beauty. You can also sit on your porch and watch ships cruising along the shorefront.

Thomas Lane Cottages

Thomas Cottage’s Home’s is part of the Plant Memorial Home campus, offering both independent and assisted living communities on their 24-acre estate along the Kennebec River. These brand new waterfront cottages ​boast of coastal Maine living like no other.

Orchard Lane Cottages

These cottages offer two bedroom apartments. Both Thomas Lane and Orchard Lane duplexes are located on campus adjacent to the main home. All locations boast spectacular views of the Kennebec River and/or Winnegance Creek.
