Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Joseph’s College and a nursing Diploma from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. Nursing experience includes Nursing Administration, Emergency, Critical Care, Surgical /PACU disciplines as well experience in the Worker’s Compensation arena as a Nurse Case Manager to include managing her case management business. She retired from the US Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel/Army Nurse Corps having served several active duty assignments.
Tracy has been employed at the Plant Memorial Home for 26 years. She has worked in all departments and is presently the Director of Dietary Services as well as the Assistant Administrator. She has a rich and extensive historical knowledge of The Plant Memorial Home and is essential to the day to day success of our mission.
Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New England and is Board Certified in Case Management. She has experience in multiple nursing specialties to include Emergency, Intensive Care, Obstetrics and Nursing Administration. She retired from the US Army Reserves as a Major/Army Nurse Corps having served several active duty assignments. Terry lives in Freeport.
Rick Kipp has extensive gardening knowledge having grown up on a working family farm in Appleton, Wisconsin. He has been a member of Maine Organic Flowers and Garden Association (MOFGA) for 25 years, 10 years as a staff member where he attended most lectures as well as farm to farm conferences and 15 years as a volunteer. Rick presented frequent lectures on” How to” projects and is a trained US Navy instructor. Presently Rick has two acres of berries under cultivation where he grows organic strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. He also raises organic garlic and winter squash. Projects this summer include a 20x40 kitchen garden for farm to table produce, oversight of the landscaping for five new duplexes presently under construction as well as continuing to enhance the grounds by expanding the flower beds. He is partnering with the Bath Garden Club and the Master Gardener program through the University of Maine Extension.
Sandy Coombs, CRMA
Sandy grew up and attended schools in Bath graduating from Morse High School. Sandy has worked if the healthcare field for 16 years. She has worked at the Plant Memorial Home for eight primarily in the Nursing Department. She also worked in food service.
Jason Merry has worked at the Plant Memorial Home for 18 years. He has worked in several departments to include the Dietary and Maintenance Departments. Jason has worked in the Nursing Department for 16 years. He has worked as a CRMA. Presently he works as a CNA. Hobbies include movies, trivia and guitar playing of which he excels.
Linda has worked at the Plant Home since December, 2014. Her bookkeeping and administrative experience spans many years including work in private schools, for Certified Public Accountants and in her own bookkeeping business working with small businesses. Linda earned her Associates Degree in Liberal Studies from University of Maine and lives with her husband, Jon, in Bath.
Alison Martin was raised in Waterbury, Connecticut. She graduated from Mt. Ararat High School located in Topsham, Maine. She has worked in the healthcare field for 15 years eight of which at the Plant Memorial Home. Alison has worked in the Dietary before moving to the Nursing Department where she works as a CNA. She enjoys travel and going to the beach with friends.
